Consultation & Patch Test
- All new clients or those receiving a new chemical treatment must book a consultation before their appointment.
- A patch test is mandatory at least 48 hours prior to treatments such as keratin or color to ensure there is no allergic reaction.
Client Responsibility
Clients must honestly disclose their full hair history, including:
- Previous bleaching
- Box dyes
- Relaxers
- Medications or health conditions
Bita Hair Studio is not responsible for undesired results caused by undisclosed information or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Aftercare Instructions
- Clients will receive verbal aftercare guidance following any chemical service.
- It is the client’s responsibility to follow these instructions to preserve the results and protect hair health.
Keratin Aftercare
- Do not wash hair for 72 hours.
- Avoid tying hair or using hair bands.
- Keep hair straight and dry during this period.
Perm Aftercare
- Do not wash hair for 72 hours.
- Avoid using hair bands or caps.
- Keep hair light, bouncy, and loose.
Results Disclaimer
- Results may vary depending on hair type, condition, and previous chemical treatments.
- While we use professional-grade products and techniques, results cannot be guaranteed to be identical for every client.
Refunds & Corrections
- No refunds are provided for completed services.
- If you are unsatisfied, please inform us before making payment.
- We offer a free follow-up consultation and may provide a corrective treatment if appropriate.
